All events on the kiosk system are logged. In the analysis tool of 3d-berlin, statistics on workload and search behavior are displayed graphically and tabularly after the choice of the desired period.

WORKLOAD & SESSIONS

Learn to what percentage the systems were in active use exactly to an hour and how many people used the kiosk system for how long.

DESTINATIONS & ROUTINGS

Which destinations were directly inquired most? Which destinations had the most routing requests? This analysis allows you to draw conclusions regarding the effectiveness of advertising, visitor numbers etc.

  • in e-mails as path information to a meeting room
  • in websites as path descriptions to employees
  • via visually encoded URL as a QR code
  • via SMS, which opens the web-app
