With a sales area of 56.000m², the OEZ is the biggest shopping center in Bavaria (Germany). It is not always easy to find the desired shop straightaway with 135 shops available. But from now on, visitors do not have to worry anymore about finding the desired shop or service area: the new digital wayfinding system of the OEZ helps to arrive quickly and easily at one’s destination.
At six starting points visitors find the interactive control panel of the new wayfinding system. Via touch-screen the user can choose the desired destination using the map, the menu or the virtual keyboard. Here, the route can switch between two different perspectives and is also fully accessible.
The visitor can download the direction on the smartphone by simply scanning the QR code. So there is no need to memorize the route and the visitor can go off and enjoy his shopping.
